Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Klarna invoice.
Klarna Invoice: this method is offered for orders from Austria. You will receive the payment information separately from Klarna via email in this case.
Shipping costs
Orders within the EU
Free shipping for all orders within the EU. Returns are always free of charge.
International shipping
The respective shipping costs to non-EU countries can be checked in the shopping cart. The costs for returns vary and must be coordinated with our support at contact@tonar-cosmetics.com in case of a return.
Delivery times
Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. In Austria, the delivery time is 1-3 business days. In Germany the delivery time is 2-4 business days. Delivery time in other EU countries is between 2-8 business days.
