Morning Routine
Olivia Szmidt, founder of GetFaceFit showed us her favorite routine and explains step by step her morning workout.

BOOST + LYMPHDRAINAGE
Before starting the workout, the face should be freshly cleansed. To begin, spread a few drops of the serum in your hands. Place the palms next to the nose and gently stroke towards the ears down to the collarbone. This will stimulate the cells under the skin and gently warm up each cell for the workout.

DAY + LOWER FACE
In the next step, spread 1-2 pumps of the DAY cream on the palm of your hand and, if desired, enrich it additionally with BOOST/LIFT. Now use the flat of your hand to spread the cream mixture over the entire face using dabbing movements. Do not pat.

EYE & LIFT + EYE & BROW LIFT
Apply the EYE cream by dabbing it under the eye and on the eyelid. Then apply a drop of LIFT in the eye area to start the massage. The aim is to stimulate blood circulation & thereby reduce dark circles or puffiness. Use your index finger to form a kind of hook and work from the inside of the eyes to the temples by bobbing movements. Use the same technique to work on the area under the eyebrows.

LIFT + FULL FACE WORKOUT
The last step is to work the muscles once again. To do this, spread a few drops of LIFT in the palms of your hands and on your knuckles. Do not use too much, because you should not slide. Massage the cheeks as well as the forehead with the knuckles in circular movements. In the next step, use your thumb and middle finger to make gentle pinching motions all over your face. Then place the thumb under the chin and form a hook with the index finger. Starting from the chin, stroking towards the ears to work the muscle underneath. Finally, we will work on the lymphs in the area of the jaw. For this we use the palm of our hand and stroke backwards with pressure under the jaw towards the ears.
